I have been on my own tough journey through toxic diet culture. I understand how frustrating it is to be in a constant cycle of losing and gaining weight! I have tried every diet out there and made every mistake possible on my journey to being healthy. All I ended up with was a bad relationship with food, an unhealthy obsession with the scales, binge eating habits and low confidence. But now I am a completely different person and I became a Coach to ensure women all over the world had access to science based training plans, educational content on all aspects of nutrition and womens health and most importantly have access to a coach who has first hand experience with a healthy weight loss journey. Not only am I a fully qualified PT, I am also qualified in pre & post natal programming and level 4 in counselling so can support my clients with both physical and mental health. I have walked in your shoes, I know how you feel and I can be the support system you need to finally break away from yoyo diets and live your best life!

I have been that girl who has hated what she has seen looking back at her in the mirror, who has stepped on the scales and felt shame. I have spent much of life feeling hopeless and not knowing how to become a happier and healthier version of myself. I have done all the wrong things along the way, things that have left me feeling guilt and shame about food, exercise and my body. I have spent most my teenage years living on diets, jumping on every exercise hype and living in an endless cycle of binge eating, self hate and bad habits. But I am not that woman anymore!! I have overcome and achieved so much in my journey and you can too! Life does not have to be a life of trying to make yourself smaller! It can become about working towards being the strongest, happiest version of you! I am not 4 stone down, competing in Hyrox, 5 years bulimia free, 7 years binge eating free and am coaching hundreds of women to do the same.
Knowledge is power! Learning how to eat for your goals without restriction, guilt and shame changed my relationship with food. Having a training program that fit into my working life and empowered me to be strong changed my mindset on exercise and made it my hobby instead of my punishment to burn calories. Qualifying as a counsellor gave me the insight into the reasons why I turned to food for comfort and improved my self awareness around my bad habits and thoughts. Now I am able to enjoy food and not be controlled by it. I have ended the cycle and I can now help you do the same.

The program is available through my website on the members only section after you have purchased. Go to the services page, choose a plan, make payment and enter all your personal details and I will start putting together your personalised program!
Yes, the reason I have chose to do this is so you can continue your progress as mainentance is so important. You have the option of a monthly based program or quarterly. This means the programs are constantly updated with workouts and meals tailored just for you depending on the program of your choosing plus continuous support from myself and my team. The beauty of this is that you are not tied in and you can cancel at anytime.
Yes! It’s imperative to me that anyone in the world can access this program.
We can tailor the plan for you to complete this in your own home if you wish! All you need is a set of weights/dumbbells. You would need to select home only on the set up form.

To cancel your subscription you must email myself with at least 7 days notice so that you are not charged again. Please note that when you cancel all of your workouts, plans, support and guide will be removed from your account.
The workout is entirely tailored to you and your goals. So if you are new to the gym I’ve got your back with your very own personalised program. Choose weights that are light for your fitness levels and gradually work your way up.
No, each month is different. This will involve an increase weight, change of exercises and changes in your meal plan that is constantly updated. It’s all about progress and maintenance.
