So what do your results mean?

Your BMR: Your basal metabolic rate, BMR, refers to how many calories your body naturally burns at rest. This is dictated by a number of factors such as height, weight and amount of lean tissue you have.

Your Calorie Target: This is the number of calories you should consume daily and is tailored using the information entered to align with your goals.

Your Protein Target: 40% of your overall calorie allowance is allocated to protein as a nutritional source. Protein not only helps keep you fuller for longer, it helps the body to repair after exercise.
