Ladies Group Training

A safe and comfortable way to train – No gym membership needed!

Classes from £12, with a monthly pass available for £40.

  • Each session is a 60-minute class designed to build confidence in a gym environment with me on hand to give advice on technique so you can train safely.
  • Classes every Saturday (8am and 9am) at Winners 2000 in Paignton.
  • Train with up to 15 likeminded women all working to support each other and work towards their goals.

What are classes like?

Group Training is specifically designed for people who struggle with confidence in a gym environment or for those who don’t know where to start.

The class is structured with a fun approach and includes:

  • Warm up including mobility and dynamic flows
  • A strength resistance workout for maximum impact for fat burning
  • Team cardio finisher for improved fitness and relationship building

Each session has a variety of levels with modified exercises for beginners.

This class is perfect for:  

  • Women with low self-esteem who aren’t sure where to start
  • Lack of confidence in a gym suffering from stress or anxiety
  • Beginners: this class is specifically designed to help people learn the basics of weight training in a safe environment!

I've been going to Group training sessions on and off for nearly two years now. Each time I feel myself slipping on a training program or as if my confidence has been knocked I buy a block of these sessions and they always get me back on track. Leanne is attentive throughout and by doing these sessions my form has improved so much. Great for locals who don't fancy a full-time gym membership too!
