Using Barbells and Dumbbells learn how to Deadlift, Squat, Lunge and much more to motivational music. Improve your physique and strength through weight training using time under tension.
A 30 minute high intensity cardio based workout designed to burn a tonne of calories. Weekly WOD’s with total body movements such as Burpees, Push Ups and Mountain Climbers designed to improve cardio fitness. A short and effective high intensity workout to get you pumped before work.
