HERE'S HOW IT WORKS
WEEK 1 & 2
You will learn how to track calories and train effectively for your goals. You will become a member of the 8 Week Challenge Online Community.
WEEK 3 & 4
We will focus on mindset and what maybe holding you back. We will learn about triggers for self sabotage and binge eating and how to overcome them.
WEEKS 5 & 6
The novelty of the program sometimes wears off here but I will be providing you with strategies to help you stay motivated and on track.
WEEKS 7 & 8
I will be providing you with the final educational tools on how to continue to get results and maintain them after the 8 weeks is up.
