A safe and comfortable way to train – No gym membership needed!
Classes from £10, with a monthly pass available for £70 (10 classes).
A brand new group training program designed to:
- Build total body strength and tone
- Improve fitness and endurance
- Build core strength effectively postpartum
- Improve confidence and knowledge on the gym floor
In addition, this is a child-friendly class – where a small area will be set up with toys and books for children to play whilst you train.
Train with up to 15 like-minded women all working to support each other and work towards their goals.
What are classes like?
A class designed to build strength, confidence and shape and tone whilst providing a small space for children to watch and play.
The class is structured with a fun approach and a variety of different classes:
- Wednesday: Body pump style class
- Thursday: Strength and core class
Each session has a variety of levels with modified exercises for beginners.
This class is perfect for:
- Post-partum women looking to get back into a manageable routine
- Women who want guidance and support with weight training post pregnancy
- Beginners: this class is specifically designed to help people learn the basics of weight training in a safe environment!
